Bertram Allen makes it a double of wins at Dublin Horse Show

All the horses have been unbelievable during the first three days of the Dublin Horse Show. On Wednesday, Bertram and the nine-year-old Izzy by Picobello were runners-up in the 1.50 - 1.60m Sport Ireland Classic. Yesterday, they won the 1m55 Anglesea Serpentine Stakes. Today Bertram and the seven-year-old mare Calafrieda won the 1m40 International 7 to 8-year olds (Round 2) by Connolly's Red Mills, after having finished 4th in the first round.

Earlier today the 6-year-old stallion Guinness (Nabab de Reve – Katell) did a good clear first round in the 6-year old class and finished with one unfortunate down in the jump off.

Harry Allen has also been very successful, winning the 148cm National Championship yesterday with Aughnashammer and finishing 4th today.

Next up will be the Nations Cup here in Dublin. Bertram will be riding Molly Malone.
